REMIT wholesale energy– 1 Day 

The REMIT wholesale energy reform in the EU with a focus on the Swiss implementation including StromVG changes. The target group consists of individuals from energy firms, who are faced with the implementation of REMIT, in particular with the transaction reporting of wholesale energy products.

FinfraG / FMIA – 2 Days 

  The seminar is designed for professionals and executives in the fields of documentation, compliance, accounting, settlement and trade processing as well as business process management from banks and corporates, which conclude transactions in OTC and exchange-traded derivatives. Contents of the course are new requirements of the law and their influence on new business models, as well as practical skills for the implementation.

MiFID II / MIFIR – 1 Day 

The MiFIR / MiFID II Seminar is aimed towards experts and executives from the areas of client relationship management, investment advice, documentation, compliance, accounting, settlement and trade processing as well as business process management from banks and corporates. This seminar demonstrates how MiFID II influences the operating business model. The practical implementation of MiFID II requirements is also discussed during the seminar. With MiFID II, the regulators respond to the financial crisis in the years 2007-2008. Transparency requirements on the capital markets and stricter behavioral and procedural rules were designed to protect investors. MiFID II focuses on the securities business and the operators of trading venues.

The seminar risk management and pricing is aimed at professionals and managers who are faced with the valuation of derivatives. Current changes, such as OIS Discounting and Monte Carlo simulations are discussed. Also, the changes of the standard CSA are discussed in detail and deepened with practical examples.

Derivatives – 1 Day 

 The seminar derivative instruments gives an overview of the derivative instruments. Current content such as the Futurisation of instruments is discussed, which is an attractive alternative because of the new EMIR- and Dodd-Frank obligations.
